1. MY TRACY ANDERSON DVDS CAME!

    They came so much faster than I expected!! I’m doing it daily until I get my work schedule settled, but I’m not officially starting the “90 days” until I get it sorted out, that way I’m sure I won’t have any excuses. 

    YAYYYYYY

    Basically you do 30 minutes of dance cardio and 30 minutes of tracy’s sculpting exercises 6 days a week. It comes with a meal plan too, but it seems crazy extreme, so I will be sticking to my Jackie Warner meal plan which is the easiest and healthiest and is really transforming the way I eat. 

  2. I DISAPPEARED.

    I am so sorry to all my lovely lovely beautiful followers that I disappeared for a LONG ASS TIME. I had some family stuff going on, and it’s all been pretty bad.

    but now I am BACK! and so excited because I am starting Tracy Anderson’s 90 program Metamorphosis. Basically, I wanted to do insanity and realized I wasn’t quite up the the challenge cause my ass is outta shape. But Tracy’s cardio is dance centered (which is where I am) and I have done some of her mat videos before, so all in all, I think I will have AMAHZING success with this program, and then hopefully move onto insanity afterwards.

    YIPEEEEEE for HOT BODIES!

    If anyone else is starting Metamorphosis too, or is just interested in my journey, I’ll be tracking it on a separate blog with a link on my page once I get my dvds in a few days time!
